The site was vacant and undeveloped, with reported past usage for recreational baseball.
In the first phase of this project, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was completed in March 2016. A Sampling and Analysis Plan was completed in December 2016 for Phase II ESA activities to be conducted at the property. The Phase II ESA was completed in March 2017 which identified no significant environmental liabilities for the property. Environmental reports are available upon request.
The second phase of this project included a Phase I ESA in November 2019. This site was then developed into a Grocery Outlet Bargain Market.
