A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was completed in December 2016. The Phase I recommended further assessments to identify any potential release of petroleum hydrocarbons commingled with lead into the subsurface of the subject site. Phase II activities were ongoing at the end of this grant period. Environmental reports are available upon request.
