The property is located south of Weeping Willow Street and east of South Main Street. The Pahranagat Valley High School Auto Shop was used as an auto/ wood/ technology classroom and workshop for the high school. It was constructed between 1975 and 1976.
A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was completed in June 2016. A Sampling and Analysis Plan was completed in September 2016 for Phase II ESA activities to be conducted. The Phase II was conducted in February 2017, which reported hazardous fire debris, asbestos containing materials, and petroleum hydrocarbon impacted soil.
